Integration Planning

pineapple juice processing line

Before specifying a pineapple juice processing line, decide how batch extraction will buffer into continuous pasteurisation or evaporation, and who supplies peeling, coring and fiber removal. This page is a procurement decision dossier, not an engineering guarantee or a compliance certificate. Juice Processing Line Sourcing coordinates document comparison so factories quote the same battery limits.

Document comparison: Upstream

Compare fruit reception, washing, peeling, coring and mill documents. Pineapple fiber and cores change extractor load. Ask each factory whether skin, stone-equivalent core waste and fiber finishing are supplied or left with the buyer. Incoming fruit condition and seasonal Brix belong on the same sheet as quantity and destination.

Control boundary

Line up P&IDs or block-flow drawings at the extraction-to-pasteuriser cut. Batch presses or extractors feeding a continuous heat exchanger need named buffer volume, level control and CIP return. Connected load, three-phase supply, cooling water, footprint and PLC interface should appear as tables, not as brochure adjectives. Tooling lists should name mill screens and finisher parts.

Downstream

Evaporator, aseptic tank and filler documents are in scope only when the RFQ includes them. SAT criteria should use representative pineapple, not leftover apple mash. Record juice, pomace and losses. FAT witness points, spare parts and commissioning travel stay as priced lines. Filling machines from another cluster remain a separate brief unless listed.
