mango juice processing line

A mango juice processing line is specified from fruit reception through the intended product, which may be juice or puree. Peel, stone and fiber removal change mill, extractor and CIP design. Orange juice processing line campaigns on the same site still need citrus-specific extraction assumptions; they do not inherit apple-press t/h figures. Confirm room hygiene, drainage and utilities before ranking factories.

Installation environment

Operating context
Food-plant wet rooms with CIP, sloped floors and stainless process piping. Mango fiber and citrus peel oils stress screens and seals differently from apple mash. A dry packaging hall photo is not evidence that a quoted cell can be hosed down. Public fruit-puree process pages, such as JBT’s juice and puree extraction notes, help list preparation questions; they do not make this service a maker of that equipment.
Installation environment: Upstream
Fruit arrival temperature, washing, peeling or destoning, and whether puree finishing is required before extraction. For mango, name who supplies skin, stone or fiber separation. For orange juice processing line modules, state whole-fruit versus already-extracted feed and whether pulp recovery is in scope. Representative production samples should match the campaign fruit, not a leftover apple trial.
Control boundary
Ask whether the target is cloudy juice, clarified juice or concentrate, and which suspended-solid and Brix measurements will be used. Enzyme hold tanks, finishers and pasteurisers need footprint, work envelope, three-phase supply, cooling water and PLC interface written against the same room layout. Cycle time without fruit condition is not an application proof.
Downstream
Buffer tanks, aseptic storage and filling are application choices. A mango puree finish that overloads a later evaporator is a line-balance issue, not a reason to copy a competitor discount. Confirm drain capacity, CIP return and how rejected product is collected. Adjacent canning or dairy equipment remains a separate brief.
