Independent procurement coordination

Juice Processing Line Sourcing

Juice Processing Line Sourcing is an independent sourcing partner. We help plant procurement teams, importers and project engineers gather factory wholesale quotes for a juice processing line. We do not own presses, we do not inventory spare parts, and we are not a brand-appointed reseller. Certificates, FAT protocols and capacity statements belong to the named supplier on each reply.

Buyer responsibilities

Independent machinery sourcing means this site coordinates comparable RFQs. Feasibility, hygienic design, and shipment remain supplier statements until a contract names them. Public process maps from equipment makers are used only to structure questions.
  1. Buyer responsibilities: Upstream

Provide fruit varieties, seasonal condition, incoming tonnage, whether fruit is washed or milled, and the intended product boundary (cloudy juice, clarified juice or concentrate). State quantity, US destination or Incoterms if already chosen, and the delivery window. If mango or pineapple is in the campaign list, say who will supply peeling, destoning or fiber removal rather than assuming an apple-press vendor will add those modules silently. Representative trial fruit and juice-quality measurements are buyer inputs unless a factory quotes them.

  2. Control boundary

Mark which utilities, CIP, PLC interface and civil works stay with the plant. Connected load in kW, three-phase frequency, cooling water and compressed air demand should appear in the brief so quotes are not compared on incomplete envelopes. Do not treat a nameplate t/h as validated output. Ask suppliers to place pomace and suspended-solid losses on a mass balance at the same cut you will use at SAT.

  3. Downstream

Decide whether filling, aseptic tanks or concentrate storage sit inside this purchase. Buffer volume between batch extraction and continuous pasteurisation is a buyer planning item: if it is omitted, factories may quote an extractor that starves or floods the next unit. SAT ownership, spare-parts kits and training hours should be written as contract lines, not as implied after-sales from this website.
